Our team is lead by Matt Lynch, who has over 20 years' experience in the government real estate space. Mr. Lynch graduated from the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law and practiced litigation, after which he began his career in government real estate by joining the U.S. General Services Administration. There he ran GSA's Advanced Acquisition Program; its primary leasing program in the Washington, DC Region, now active all across the U.S. After a decade with GSA, Mr. Lynch joined Transwestern as its Managing Director of Government Services in 2010. Through his continuing association with Transwestern, he assists landlords in the pursuit and retention of GSA tenants.
